		<description>Great post.  I used to think that Zen practice was a way to jump over those mental blocks, psychological complexes, and the baggage from the past.  Just conceptualize the past as a mental construct, compartmentalize it, and throw it out.  However, it doesn&#039;t work that way; those issues still must be dealt with.  It&#039;s much easier to address mental blocks, etc., with the help of a philosophical/religious system that focuses on the mind and body, and that doesn&#039;t differentiate between them.  Works for me, anyway.</description>
